Object Enabler

I am running Autocad 2012, 32-bit. I have a project that requires coordination, and the HVAC contractor is running 2014. I have downloaded TrueView 2014 and in there the drawing file is fine and everything is readable. When I convert down and open the drawing in 2010 or 2012, the duct work loses defininion and text. It looks like a bunch of squares and rectangles. I have downloaded all the Cadmep object enablers I could find and nothing works. If I can't figure this out I am going to get kicked of this project. Please help.

Ask your file sender to 'export to autocad' and send you the resulting new file: in the free viewer, it's trickier as you need to 'convert' and not just save down the file.

No OE is going to fix the 2010/12-2014 gap.
