Not filled on Arrow and Pline.

Greetings.

I use AutoCAD Mechanical 2012.
The attached cad files are shown.
One is filled on arrow and pline.
The other is not filled on arrow and pline.
These file used same system variables.
How can do this?
I would like know for system variables that possible can do.

Sincerely,

Sanghyun Lee

Hi,

one drawing is shown in visual style "2D Wireframe" (filled) and the other is set to "Hidden" (not filled).

I'VE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM IN AUTOCAD 2010.

POLYLINES FINE IN MODEL SPACE.  OUTLINE ONLY IN PAPERSPACE.

(NOT IN ALL DWG FILES--SPORATIC BUT MADDENING)

"PLAN" SET TO "WORLD" IN MODEL SPACE.

"VISUAL STYLE" SET TO  "2D WIREFRAME"

"FILL" SET TO "ON" IN BOTH MODEL AND PAPER SPACE

"UCS" SET TO "WORLD" IN BOTH MODEL AND PAPER SPACE

"ELEV" SET TO "0,0"

"LWDISPLAY" SET TO "ON"  (ALTHOUGH REBEL THAT I AM I GIVE PLINES WIDTH IN MODEL SPACE RATHER THAN USING LINEWEIGHT)

PLOT SETTINGS DON'T MATTER AS THE PROBLEM IS VIEWING IN PAPERSPACE...ALTHOUGH CHANGING PLOT OPTIONS HAS NO EFFECT.

!!!!!!!!!!!   BUT WAIT  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I JUST STUMBLED INTO A FIX:

THE PLAN COMMAND (ONLY VALID IN MODELSPACE) HAS TO BE USED  --T W I C E--

FIRST, IN MODEL SPACE..PLAN.

THEN IN THE VIEWPORT (ACTIVE) WITH THE VIEWPORT UNLOCKED, I TYPED "PLAN" AGAIN.  IT SHOWED "CURRENT".  TYPED "WORLD".  THE VIEWPORT  JUMPED TO THE EXTENTS OF DRAWING IN MODEL SPACE...BUT NOW THE PLINES WERE FILLED.  RESET SCALE FOR THE VIEWPORT AND RELOCKED.

...

FIXED.

PROBABLY SOME BETTER WAY THAN BLINDLY STUMBLING THRU A MATRIX OF COMMANDS...BUT IT WORKED.  SHEAR DUMB LUCK.

AUTOCAD-SAVVY  FOLKS MAY LAUGH AT ME...BUT MY DRAWINGS NOW DISPLAY AND PRINT CORRECTLY.
