Multiple similar objects

Hi,

My autocad crashes when I'm working with many similar objects. As the roof shingles. Even when
creating a block with all objects, when passing the cursor
over the block cause the system to crash (its even worst this way). It seems
that the program attempts to process each tile individually (further these tiles are rounded).
I've been working with large roofs, such as 9mx4m.

I ask the friends of the forum, is there any way around this problem to make the program
run normally as if all objects are seen as a big one?

I appreciate any reply!

You'll probably see big improvement by disabling:

  • Selection Cycling (status bar)
  • Selection Preview (Tools > Options > Selection)
  • Rollover Tooltips  (Tools > Options > Display)

Try this hatch pattern. You may have to scale because it seems you are working in M & mm.

Search ACAD.pat on your computer. mine was at C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2012\UserDataCache\Support, open both files in notepad and copy and paste this one to ACAD.pat at the bottom of the file where ADESK recommends.
