MTEXT crashing AutoCAD

I'm running 2010.

It doesn't happen very often, but AutoCAD will crash maybe once every 15-20 times I edit or create MTEXT. It's really the only time AutoCAD gives me a crashing problem. To edit, I'll double-click the text body, it'll give me the little cursor in the MTEXT editor (but not flashing), but AutoCAD will just freeze for about 2 seconds, and then it closes and gives me the "report a problem" box to send to AutoDesk...but they seem to never fix anything.

Also to note, it sometimes does it when editing the text of a dimension. I can't remember if it does it with DTEXT, but I don't use DT very much.

Try to idntify the circumstance or the file (or the object) that is the trigger next tiome it happens. Can't fix something you cannot repeat on demand usually.

FYI there is no such thing as a "dtext": they are either MTEXT (or Dimensions or Attributes etc.) or just TEXT.
