Missing Shortcut Commands

I am running AutoCAD 2011 and my shortcut commands mysteriously disappeared. I am receiving a message that "acad.pgp" could not be found. I attempted to reload the file unsuccessfully. Please help!

It lost the search path, add a path in OPTIONS

I'm not sure what the difference is. I can navigate to the acad.pgp file, but I do not know how to ensure CAD is pointing to the right file.

Hi,

>> but I do not know how to ensure CAD is pointing to the right file

Input to the commandline this command (incl. parentheses)

(findfile "acad.pgp")

and AutoCAD will show you what file is found first and so used.

I tried that and the response was "nil."

Hi,

in that case I guess you don't have an ACAD.PGP working/active. However you can check now:

  • command _ALIASEDDIT (you need Express-Tools installed to get this started)
  • command _CUI and look here for shortcuts (see screenshot)
