just to make sure: what operating system do you have (especially 32bit or 64bit)?
And what objects do you have in your drawing? Are there large images or large DWGs referenced or complex 3D-solids? So how big are the drawings you have and what type of drawings are these?
One additional question: what does your task-manager tell you, how much memory is used by the ACAD.EXE when this message pops up?

If you are running a Windows 64 bits with 8 Gb Ram on your PC and an AutoCAD 64 bits,
the size (in memory) of your "ACAD.exe" can increase up to about 7 Gb ...
So please check it with the task manager !?
>> Im using windows 7pro 32bit.

Aie, Aie, you MUST use Win Seven 64 bits (not WIn 8) !
The task "ACAD.exe" 32 bits can't use more than about 1.3 Gb memory on ANY 32 bits Windows !!
It's a historical limit of the 32 bits "ACAD.exe" 200x-201x ...
