Line has incorrect bearings, but UCS is world

Really strange one here;

I have a set of drawings where the UCS is set to world, and when I label the bearing of a line it is correct, but when I look at the properties of the line it is incorrect.

What I am noticing also is when I insert an xref into this drawing, it is applying a rotation despite telling it not to. If I set the rotation back to 0, bind and explode the xref, the lines then list correctly in properties, but no longer label correctly.

Any ideas on this one?

Update: Also just noticed if I take one of the xrefs and open it, and then xref in the drawing that has the issue, it appears correctly. If I then bind/explode it, it lists and labels correctly...

Figured it out; There was a grid coordinate setting applied to the drawing.
