how to list the name of group

How could i have a list of the name of the group  that i have created? I want to copy it to excel in order to analyse it.

Unless you specifically name a group it will not appear in a list. If you manually name your groups, you should be able to find a list in the Group manager. This is found in the Home tab then look under Groups.

I have only this window for the group (excuse me it is in french). I can not select all the group name in this window...

You can create anonymous groups which don't normally show in the list ("Sansnom" check box in your image).  If you want to generate a list of *all* groups in your file, that will require some custom code.  I'm not aware of any OOTB method of doing this.
