How to insert a bldg cross-section in Autocad 2012 in 2D drawing?

Let me explain myself with a screenshot. I'm working with Autocad 2012 and I have the followin drawing (view from above) of a long storage building as such:

I would like to show a cross-section of that building from the side as such:

I'm learning Autocad, so pardon me if I'm asking the obvious. Is there a way to insert/show this cross-section in the first drawing?

PS. It's a 2D drawing.

You just want the arrows /section marks to designate the cut location? Draw that yourself if you can't find a freebie in Toolpalettes.

Thanks. For some reason I thought that there was a way to make an association from a cross section to a 2D drawing insertion point (in software.) My bad.
