How to import attributes from unicode txt -file?

I've exported room names (which are attribute blocks) to a txt file via Express tools. I then copy/pasted it to an excel spreadsheet, which was sen to an Asian country for translation (need to do dual language drawings). But when i try to import it back to AutoCad, i need to save it as unicode txt -file (because of the asian characters). But Autocad for some reason doesn't accept it in unicode form?

Is there any other way to do this then manually copy/pasteing 1000+ room names? I'm using Autocad 2011, we might have newer autocads in the office, but mines the only full version.
