How to add a dynamic block into a existing dynamic title block

Can anyone tell me what are the steps on how to add a dynamic block into a existing  dyanmic title block.

You cannot copy dynamic parameters/actions between blocks, you could copy it in as a nested block but then you have no access to it's dynamicness. You can add new parameters to a block and create a new named block from there.
