How hard is it to move an AutoCAD license from one laptop to a new laptop?

I just purchased AutoCAD 2011 and plan to start using in on my existing laptop. However AutoCAD 2011 claims the video card lacks enough memory so ALL video hardware acceleration is disabled (but the video card hardware acceleration worked under AutoCAD 2002....)

So.... I plan to buy a new Windows 7 64 bit laptop sometime soon. How hard is it (what are the steps) to transfer my AutoCAD license from the old machine to the new machine (once it arrives)? Is it bad enough that I should just wait until I get the new laptop to do the 2011 install?

Thank You.

When you install AutoCAD, you get a "License Transfer Utility" which is in
the Windows Start menu. You must be connected to the internet.

As Matt says, just use the LTU.
If for some reason you can't or it fails, etc. then don't worry about
it, just install on the second machine, and get a new activation code
from Autodesk or your reseller.
