Help with 3D modelling

Hi,

I'm trying 3D modelling for the first time in a while, modelling a long road and underpass. I have been given 2D cross sections which vary along the length, and longitudinal sections. I've started by inserting all of my 2D sections into the correct position in 3D on Autocad, my next step will be to extrude between the 2D sections longitudinally. Is this the easiest option to take? If so, how do I carry out the 3D extrusion, as each cross section varies.

Katie

Welcome to the Autodesk forums

You may try the LOFT command.  There are lots of options for Guides, Path, Continuity, etc within the Loft command.  I would try to make sure your profiles are closed if possible.
