Heavy Autocad File

I have a cad file that has only 14 objects and weighs 5.65 MB obviously has trash, but I can not delete it, could you help me? Please find attached file.

Did you use PURGE yet?
How about WBLOCK those few objects to create a new file, is it still "heavy"?

Simply deleting content is the worst possible way to reduce the size of a DWG file. Possible other ideas:
Could be full of REGAPPS: -PURGE command can get rid of those.
Could be full of Layer Filters.
Could be full of DGN Linetypes.
