Field Data in Sheet Sets

Is there a way to have fields with no values assigned to them to display without the dashes? I am using these for a revision table in my sheet set and will fill them out as needed. I went into the properties dialoge box of the sheet set and hit space bar for each field that I wanted blank, but every time I made any other change the dashes returned.
Any help appreciated.

Try using your fields in attributes in a block that way you can delete the #### on the ones you don't need in attribute edit box. I use fields in my sheets sets but not for revisions. That's what works for me.

Hold down the 'ALT' key on your keyboard and type 0160 on the numberpad to insert a non breaking space.

using %% as the field value also works, and is easier than a nonbreaking space
