i just downloaded autocad 2012 and this is what shows when i try to run it, any suggestions please. thank you.

redownload it first.

Before starting a reinstall verify that you have full admin permissions, that you have disabled your antivirus software (and other defending ones if there are any installed).

What are your system specs?

What os do you have?

And have you already finished the activation process or does the exception appear before any window of AutoCAD?
