Fatal Error Help

I need help. I am getting this Fatal Error when I am trying to open AutoCAD.

Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at 77d4dd40h

I was working away when AutoCAD locked up and wouldn’t do anything. I had to close down AutoCAD through Windows Task Manager. Now I get this error when trying to start AutoCAD.

Shut down your PC, count to ten, turn it back on the try AutoCAD: still won't start? Then repair reinstall AutoCAD.
