Exporting AutoCad drawing to .stl format

After I complete my AutoCad2012 drawing of a solid, I wish to export this solid into an .stl file to eventually use to print using a 3D Printer. Every time I select the option to export it as an .stl file, it appears as a "Certificate Trust List" and thus is unable to be printed on the 3D printer. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Is there a solution? Thank you for your time.

Are you using the  "_stlout" command?

Isn't that command the same as going through the following steps?

File > Export

File > export will do the entire drawing

stlout will allow you to select exactly what you want to export.

Try out "stlout" and see if it works!
