Dynamic area

I have a question concerning area command. I would like to connect polyline (floor area) and text in it in which I could see the area in square meters. And also that that text changes if I change the polyline.

When I have that I would need a table with floor areas, in which also numbers change if I change the floor area polyline.

Thank you in advance,

1. FIELD command, OBJECT field name on the list, click on the OBJECT TYPE button, select the Pline, choose the property you want (AREA in this case), edit the format and help yourself. REGEN to update a field when a Pline changes.

2. Same as above, except in a table if you want to use a TABLE object type in AutoCAD or just a bunch of lines that look like a table.
