DWG to JPG

Hello, I am trying to create a quality image from a DWG drawing. I have tried using "Publish to the Web - JPG" but I am not having great results. Not really clear. I have also tried JPGOUT at the command prompt with poor results. There must be a better way to do this?

Thanks in advance

Kev

A couple of things -- plot to PDF or EPS, and convert the resulting file to TIFF or PNG

Or look at BetterWMF as a 3rd party solution

JPG is pretty bad for linework, marginal for images.  PNG is better for both, although as noted by JGerth you need to take a couple of extra steps.  Depending on what you are looking to do, there may be better options than an image file.

If you have Adobe Pro or any other software which can save PDF to JPEG, that will give better result. I am creating PDF from DWG and then use Adobe to save the PDF to JPEG.
