I am new here but I need help on how to draw an arc tangent to a circle and a point.
The attachement here is a detail of the problem I'm having. No 9
Please profer solution.
Draw offsets from your items, draw a circle the same radius as your offset distance at the point where line cross, and then trim where you need too.
You can draw the circle with a radius of 53 and the two lines that form the mouth of the spanner, all that information is given on the sketch. The curve you want I think is 30 but it is difficult to make out on the image, but using 30 all you need do is offset from the head of the spanner by 30, your new curve centre has to be somewhere on that offset line. You cant offset from a point but you can draw a circle of 30 centred on that point, where these two lines cross is the centre you want.
