Double click edit a block - Edit Block Definition dialog?

On two machines... When you double click a block reference, the Edit Block Definition dialog opens. On one of the machines the applicable block is highlighted in the list just like you would want... you can then simply click the OK button to enter the block editor. But on the other it is not highlighted.

I tried switching to the out of the box profile and behaviour is the same.

Both machines, both PickFirst and DblClkEdit are set to ON.

Any ideas as to why?

I found the solution.  We had set QAFlags = 3 in a program... setting it back to 0 solves this issue.

QAFlags is an undocumented command.

I need to look into this further and perhaps write an error routine for our lisp customization.

Thank you!

I just spent the last 2 hours looking for the solution. What a weird one.
