Data extraction and organisation

Does anyone have any experience of the above?

I have a series of different lbocks in a drawing whihc i can manage to extract the numbers of each block, it is the next part i need help with where i want the count numbers for each type of block to appear beside that particular block, would this be in like a field ?

The blocks don't have attributes as i am just coutning the numbers of each.

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated on this

thanks

Colin

Use BCOUNT or you can use this handy dandy from Lee Mac

So let me get this correct. You want to count the number of blocks or you want to add the numbers in the blocks together?

Please see attachment
