Customize right click pop up menu

In AutoCAD 11 the right click pop-up has clipboard and an arraow you need to slide on to get to the copy, paste, paste as block, copy with base point...Older versions had these clip board features in the pop-up and I hate having one more step to get to the clipboard features. Is there way to customize what shows up with right click?

CUI command is where to customize the right-click menu (The category is called SHORTCUT MENUS, sounds like you want to edit the DEFAULT MENU sub-section).

Same problem.  However this is ACAD 2013.  For whatever reason, they moved the "copy, paste, copy with basepoint," into a command called "clipboard" on the right click menu.  


Following your instruction did not lead me to be able to customize the right click menu.  I want to move the "copy, paste, copy with basepoint," out of that "clipboard" command.
