Hello everyone,
For the past two weeks I am trying to create a custom Isometric (ISO) Linetype.
I'm working with Autocad 2012 and I've made a custom Complex Linetype like the "HOT_WATER_SUPPLY" line type.
But I cannot make it in an Isometric layer.
Is that even possible to make in a coordinate system?
Thanks so much guys.
Peter

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do you want the text elements oblique relative to the direction of [for example] a Line, in order to look "right" in an isometric drawing? I think you would need to define a text Style to use in such linetypes, with the obliquing angle built into the Style, and in fact two of them, one obliqued at 30 degrees and one at -30. Unless I misunderstood....
Careful with the terminology - an "ISO" linetype usually refers to International Standards Organization (ISO), and in context metric drawing standards.
Hi Kent,
That is exactly what I meant. I haven't thought about making two linestyles with an obliquing angle.
I'm going to try that.
Thanks for your input!
