Cursor and keyboard not available 2012

Hello, 

I have a user at my company that is having issues at the beging of the day when he boots up his machine that for about 30 minutes or so his cursor and keyboard functionality are unavailable in CAD 2012 

After some time the functionality is seemingly restored 

So far we have attempted a repair install, and updated video drivers. Has anyone else seen issues like this

As a test... If they no lug from your network before starting up, does the problem go away?
AutoCAD 2012 is old: so what is different/changed that this is now an issue?

I will have this every so often and I end up pulling the USB cable and plugging it back in.  Maybe that will help a little.

seems to have gone away on its own, moved mouse and keyboard ports now seemingly working thanks for the responses
