Copy Panel to Tab?

I'm finally making a conscious effort to move to the ribbon... Can anyone tell be how to copy an existing panel to an existing tab?

I don't really want to start creating new panels from scratch...

thanks

Got it... using the transfer tab from acad.cui to my civil.cui.
Although I'm not sure how a regular autocad user would be able copy panels between the various tabs...

For those wanting to move within the same menu file... Pull the panel off its tab, click to activate another tab, then place the panel where you want it.
OR
Start CUI command, open up the Tabs and Panels sections, and you can pretty much see how it is all put together where you can simply drag abs drop between the locations you want.
