clic configuration

Hi:

when I select an object and hit delete dosen't work, I need to go to erase to do it, also I can't go to properties when I double clic an object. If somebody knows please help I am very behind and this is too slow, may be a configuration with the clicking.

Thanks.

P.S.Referrals are the heart of my business. If you know of a friend, coworker, or family member who is thinking about remodeling, doing an addition or design a new building(residential or commercial), be sure to contact me. Your personal referrals are the greatest compliment I can receive.
