Error message means nothing sadly: did this just start? What changed with your setup? What is your PC specs and OS?

Hello

Just an idea, could you install the SP 2 for CIVIL 2013 :

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-civil-3d/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-civi...

Then launch CIVIL 2013 + SP 2 ...

... If OK ... please could you open your DWGs in RECOVER Mode and then Re-Save with an OTHER Name and then TEST ...

Please NEVER rewrite the original filename !!
