Changing Font Color

I have an interesting one maybe...  We have a relatively new CAD user who created a drawing with labels using white font with a blue background.  He specified the color in the text editor.  Then he copied and pasted the label throughout the drawing.  However, when you print the drawing the white inverts to black as most of you know since it wasn't specified as 255 in the true colors.  I can't seem to change the color through a simple layer color change and I can't figure out how to change the color white to black in the pen table since it's not a specified pen #.  Also that would only be a temporary fix and might affect more than just the text I'm targeting in the drawing.  The only way I can figure out to change it is by going into the text editor for each label and changing the color to by layer...  Does anyone know an easier way?

Perfect.  Thank you so much.  Handy little lisp in general as well.  Thank you!
