can we edit the PDF after importing in cad file

hi any one know,

any posibilities to edit or modify the PDF drawing after open in the cad file?

Simple answer no

but there are programs that convert PDF to cad files with varing scales of success

i use pdf to cad from a german company and it does what i need ok

If it is a raster PDF then there is no way to do so. Unless you use some 3rd party extracter to get lines from the raster PDF. There are some converters do so, i.e. http://www.autodwg.com/pdf-to-dwg-converter/ to convert PDF to DWG and http://www.autodwg.com/vectorNow.htm to convert images into AutoCAD.
