Can you start telling a little bit more about your situation? 😉

What product do you have (including version and servicepack)

What OS and what hardware do you have?

When do you get that exception?

And is it chrashing when you use the same drawing?

its Autodesk.AutoCAD.LT.2004

win7=os

m gettng this 1 when ever i stat autocad 2004.

bt autocad 2013 working fine.

2004 is not designed for Win7, 2013 is designed for Win7.
May I ask why you still want to use 2004?

It also appears you either purchased a very low-end PC or decided on your own to install Win7 64bit on an WinXP PC: which is correct?

You can always just save your files as 2004 when using 2013.

You'll get a warning message about compatible items but you have to expect that anyway from updated versions.

If you have 2013 why do you need to use the 2004?

Did you install the 2004 as an Administrator? Use an emulation mode since 2004 is not designed for Win 7?

This is not my area of expertise (because I really don't have one), but have you tried (or would you consider trying) setting a "Compatibility Mode" on the desktop shortcut you use (create a new one, if necessary) to launch AutoCAD 2004?

To illustrate (based on 2010):
