I am working on three floor plans given to me by another party. I have created a new layer to identify various tenants. On that layer I have plines, hatching, text and blocks. The blocks are the drawing title and north arrow. Once created I copied these blocks from one layer to the next. In Model everything looks normal. In paper view two of three show the blocks semi-transparent. When I print those blocks only show up as a ghost. What setting is different on those two layers?
