Autodesk Exchange window reporting no Flash player installed

If you have ran into an issue where the Autodesk Exchange window does not properly display Flash content, but instead displays something similiar to this below:

 The workaround is to install an alternate version of Flash Player 11 from the Adobe website. Go to this link:

 

Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player

Select your operating system (32 or 64-bit) and then choose "Flash Player for other browsers"

 

Also, be sure to select yes or no for the optional McAfee Security Scan Plus installation.

 

This has corrected the issue in most cases and allowed Flash content to the displayed inside the Autodesk Exchange window.
