AutoCad LT 2011 will not open

I click on it and the start up screen pops up then disappears.

I treid everything. 

I tried to un-install. It would not let me. See attached for error message.

I tried to reinstall.

I tried to fix.

I do not have a subscription so I can not call.

Please help I am going crazy.

It was working fine this morning, then I was saving a project and it crashed.

Windows System Restore back to a month everything worked would have been the first thing to try, and may not be too late to attempt.
