AutoCad 3D Blocking (2013)

When ever i make a block in any drawing, it either becomes very very large or very very small. It hasn't started doing this until three days ago. I have tried changing the settings, even going into the options and changing some of that stuff. I can't seem to fix it, please help, it is such a hassle.

Check annotative scale settings either in the view or block definition.

Can you post this Block?

Have you tried to WBLOCK it out of the File and then INSERT it and Redefine?

Is it Annotative? SELECTIONANNODISPLAY to 0 perhaps?
