Hi Hj Aziz Muadzir,

Can you also check the installer that you are using, whether or not it is a Windows 32-bit installer or a Windows 64-bit installer? Since your operating system is 32-bit, you will need the 32-bit installer of AutoCAD 2011. If ever you will need to obtain the 32-bit installer, you can download it from the Virtual Agent.

Thanks,

Jeffrey Sin

my bad. i didn't notice on the installation CD the 64-bit marking. The funny thing is the installation CD case has two trays for the installation CD but the only one exist is the 64-bit. another tray is empty. the empty tray should be the tray for the 32-bit. but now i don't know where it is.

Is it possible to download and use the same serial number?

Hi HjAzizMuadzir1214,

Yes, you should be able to activate your newly downloaded copy of the product using the serial number and product key that you have on the box.

Let me know if you need any more help with this:)
