Seguinte:
Criei a partir de um bloco pronto - atributos. Explodi e coloquei atributos e quando criei o bloco novamente , ele pede para redefinir. Porém, quando redefine, ele não altera o bloco sem atributos que está no arquivo. Será que alguem pode tirar esta duvida?

If I understand correctly, you will probably need to run the ATTSYNC command if you want to change existing blocks in the drawing, if you have updated the block definition.
