To whom it may concern,

I am trying to get my autodesk 2011 english 64 bit downloaded onto my desktop.

My final drawing is on a junk drive my laptop will not allow my solid model to display some kind of graphic or memory problem

my laptop has 2011 32 bit my desktop is 64 bit.

the drawing is 2011 autocad and the quality of rendering is to my advantage.

I can bring my desktop to school (school doesnt have 2011 they have 2006)

and use it to display my final drawing but i accidentally entered the serial number and product key for the laptop instead of the one for the desktop

and when idownload i get errors cause the numbers arent the same.

can we reset the serial number for 64 bit autocad 2011 english ?

I'm not sure I fully understand the problem, but to change/update the AutoCAD serial number type "About" at the command line, then click on "Product Information"

or, click the "Info" button at the top right
