Update plot/date fields

We have plot/date fields incorporated into the borders of our sheets. Is the only way to update the fields to open each sheet and use the FIELDUPDATE command? It seems that dates are not responsive to the FIELDEVAL settings.

REGEN doesn't do it for ya?

Does the plot stamp change on the drawing when you plot?

For 2007 there were 2 fields in the plotting section that would not update for me.
One is the pen setting (CTB) file used, and the other is the drawing scale - 1/4"=1'-0" (not 1:48).
If your fields are inside a block, dynamic or otherwise, it looks as if these were not fixed.

Try setting these fields outside a block definition.
