Unwanted signs on the drawing

My plots shows "X" es on some piping which should not be there. I checked both xrefs and I could not find those " X" es on them. The "x"es do not show on the model space. However, they are showing up in paper space and also on the prints. I need a big time help on this.

I have attached one zip file of the drawing and one PDF file showing the Problem I have.

They are POINTS in H311_00base.dwg   The reason you don't see them in the xref is because PDMODE=0, which displays points as a single "point", whereas PDMODE=3 in M101.dwg ,which displays Points as an X.  Easiest fix is to change PDMODE=0
