problem in opening dxf file

Hi,

I am using AUto-cad 2007 version. Due to my convinient, I am expoting the drawing file in dxf form thro' VB. While opening the dxf file I am getting a message "Missing dxf group code 63" This problem occurs only  in the drawings which contain MTEXT entities.

I tried to do manually the same process. Some time it works fine and some time I am getting the same error.
