Masking text problem

I got this masking problem w/ my dtext entities. While viewing the dwg on TrueView 2014, I saw these stripes ran across my drawing. I checked 'em & they all shrink-wrapped, all the grip points are in the "right" places. I wonder if anyone can tell me what is wrong w/ my entities. BTW, I'm running 2007. Checkout the pix:

Those look like MTEXT objects with long 'width' settings to me.

Oops, those are MTEXT entities... Sorry, my bad.
