JPG Raster Image Reference attachment not showing properly

I imported a logo to the 3d design I'm creating and the logo is not showing clearly. Is this a common occurance with loading images? I'm I doing this the best way? Just need to add logo to the box. Attached drawing if anyone wants to look, I'd appreciate feedback!

Put the Image on its own layer, use Bring to Front command, and move the image a hair in front of the 3d model.
