Are you not getting a dialog box in which to choose the file? If this is the case check your FILEDIA setting. Change to 1 for it to appear.

WHEN I DO "FILE - OPEN" IT DOESN'T OPEN THE DRAWING BUT THE COMMAND LINE
SAYS" ENTER NAME OF DRAWING TO OPEN". BEFORE THAT PROBLEM, I AM ALLWAYS
OPENING THE DRAWING FROM FILE - OPEN.
THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE WHEN I DO "FILE - NEW" IT SAYS "ENTER TEMPLATE FILE
NAME" AND WHEN I DO "FILE - SAVE AS" IT SAYS "ENTER FILE FORMAT".
I DON' T WANT TO WORK FROM COMMAND LINE, BUT FROM THE TOOLBAR "FILE"
