I was able to crop autocad 2007 dwg objects in excel 2003 sheet directly, but now we have excel 2010 and I can not crop autocad 2007 objects in it, when I right-click and choose "edit", it opens object copied in autocad 2007, it can not edit object in its current place on excel sheet. I can crop pictures directly on excel 2010 sheet by choosing crop icon but not objects by choosing crop icon. I can crop objects if I go to picture tools menu.

anyone can help??

Excel 2010 may require you to re-attached the content from R2007 before allowing you to edit them: but there is nothing R2007 can do to change the behavior of Excel 2010.
