How do I turn OFF the InfoCenter log?

hey jerry. if you mean the info that it carries when you draw a line, etc....try VTOPTIONS....in the command line (maybe)

No, at C:\Documents and Settings\Jerry Runnels\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD Mechanical 2009\R17.2\enu\, there is a file named InfoCenter.log.

Here is a small part of what is in it:
