¿How can I add back this tab?

(the top left bar with arrows: undo, redo....) (This is in the autocad 2009 version, I suposse that will be equal in later versions.

Hi,

first I would try to reload the workspace.

If that does not work you have to start command _CUI, go to group "Quick Access Toolbars" and reconfigure it.

Indeed, thank you very much.

Simply changing the workspace to 3d modeling (with Turkish icon below) and then back to 2d workspace and already appears.

Can you believe that I was more than half an hour, looking at the options with the right mouse on the bars.

I was crazy looking for it and I had no way.
