Default Spacing between X ref and switch graphic (image included)

On the right hand side is an image of the default spacing I get between X ref's and graphic for switch contact.

 

Does anyone know if its possible to alter the spacing so its more like the left hand image rather than the right?

Hi, I've attached a .dwg.

 

In the bottom right of the screen are some x references, these are the default format.

As you can see they are somewhat misleading because of the spacing between graphic and x reference. If there is a full line of coils all with multiple NC/NO contacts it gets quite messy.

I have checked attached file and still couldn't understand what's going wrong. The only thing it may affect the spacing in your text is that there are 3 spaces instead of 1 space at concerned position. Just use FIND to replace all 3 spaces "   " with 1 space " ". The result is as below:
