CGM file export

I work as an illustrator we currently use a program called Isodraw. This program is not very robust and we are having difficulty creating the graphics we want and need. All of our graphics go into web based viewers so they need to be exported as CGM type files.

Is there a way to export an AutoCAD file to a CGM format? If we want to do that now we have to go through another program/step, we would really like to be able to use AutoCAD and go directly to a CGM file.

There is no built-in ability to do that:

Have you tried exploring a purchase of a 3rd party tool like: http://www.cgmlarson.com/products/convert_AC_CGM.php
